These terms govern access to curricula, community spaces, and billing for sense-pointx.pro. By requesting enrollment or using our materials, you agree to this document and the linked Data & cookies sheet.

1. Parties

The data controller for this site and related enrollment flows is the operating entity behind sense-pointx.pro, reachable at Centro Comercial Macaracuay, Piso 1, Urbanización Macaracuay, Caracas, Distrito Capital, Venezuela and (0212) 2581896.

2. Services described

We provide instructor-led and asynchronous training on web JavaScript topics, including labs, rubrics, and downloadable references. Exact deliverables depend on the purchased lane listed on the Rates page.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must supply accurate contact details. Corporate purchasers warrant they are authorized to bind their organization to payment and usage obligations.

4. Intellectual property

Courseware, rubrics, and recordings remain our property unless a separate license states otherwise. You may not resell starter kits or redistribute mentor-only annotations.

5. Acceptable use

Community channels forbid harassment, credential stuffing, or attempts to access other learners’ repositories without consent. Violations may lead to removal without refund where permitted by law.

6. Payments and taxes

Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise contracted. Applicable VAT or municipal charges may be added for Venezuelan invoices when required; you will see line items before confirming wire or card payments.

7. Recording and communications

Live sessions may be recorded for replay within the enrolled cohort. Additional sharing requires written approval from participants visible on camera or audio.

8. Third-party tools

Labs may reference hosted providers (for example Git hosts or CDN vendors). Their terms apply when you connect accounts; we do not control their uptime or pricing changes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed under Venezuelan law and any applicable consumer rules, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, provided we have delivered the purchased educational access in line with the published syllabus for your lane.

10. Dispute resolution

Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution via the desk contact above. If unresolved, disputes may be brought before competent courts in Distrito Capital, Venezuela, unless mandatory consumer rules require a different venue.

11. Changes

We may update these policies to reflect new regulations or product changes. Material updates receive a dated banner in the learner portal; continued use after fourteen days constitutes acceptance unless you cancel per the refund rules.
