Refunds & billing

This policy applies to tuition and digital access purchased directly from sense-pointx.pro. Enterprise guild contracts may supersede sections marked “custom” in your order form.

1. Eligibility

Refund requests must come from the paying account email or an authorized billing contact on file. Observer lane purchases are non-refundable once credentials are issued.

2. Fourteen-day window

For Builder lane enrollments, you may cancel within fourteen calendar days of payment confirmation unless you have already downloaded mentor-only packs or attended a graded review, in which case partial rules apply below.

3. Full and partial conditions

Full refunds apply when we cancel a cohort or materially change the published syllabus before week two. Partial refunds deduct delivered live sessions, shipped USB archives, and payment processor fees already captured.

4. Non-refundable items

Custom guild workshops, travel reimbursements, and third-party exam vouchers are non-refundable once procured. Donation-subsidized seats follow the grant letter terms.

5. Process steps

Email the desk with your invoice number, reason, and preferred refund path. We acknowledge within two business days and either approve, request evidence, or decline with citations to this policy.

6. Processing time and method

Approved refunds return to the original payment method within ten to twenty business days, depending on card networks or correspondent banking delays for international wires.

7. Cancellation by learner after the window

Late cancellations may convert to credit for a future cohort within six months, subject to seat availability. Credits are not transferable to other brands.

8. Consumer rights (Venezuela)

Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under Venezuelan consumer protection rules. Where local law grants a longer cooling-off period, that period controls.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can correct billing errors quickly. Abusive chargebacks may lead to account closure and recovery of fees.
