Queues fail when they hide priority signals. We expose mentor specialty tags up front so students self-sort before joining the line.
Removing streaks cut anxiety emails. Satisfaction on post-session surveys stayed within the same band we saw when gamified nudges existed.
We still log wait times anonymously to rebalance staffing. Transparency for staff, privacy for learners.
